This policy explains what information Level47 (“we”, “us”) collects when you use https://level47.ai, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the site and respond to you.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you book a call or contact us, you share details such as your name, work email and company. We only use these to reply and to schedule and prepare for the call.

Information collected automatically. Like most sites, we collect basic, aggregated usage data such as pages viewed, approximate region, and device and browser type. Our analytics are privacy-friendly and do not use tracking cookies or build advertising profiles of you.

How we use information

To respond to your enquiry and schedule calls, to operate, secure and improve the site, to understand which content is useful, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Third-party services

We rely on a small number of trusted providers who process data on our behalf: our scheduling tool (Calendly) when you book a call, our hosting and analytics provider (Vercel), and email for correspondence. When you interact with an embedded scheduling widget, that provider’s own privacy terms also apply.

Cookies

The site itself does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Embedded tools, such as the booking widget, may set cookies that are necessary for them to function when you interact with them. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Data retention

We keep the details you send us only as long as needed to respond, to provide services you request, and to meet legal or record-keeping requirements, after which we delete or anonymise them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To make a request, email us and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

The site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
