Terms of Service
Who we are
Level47 LLC ("Level47", "we") provides growth services for B2B startups: outbound (cold email, LinkedIn and ABM), paid media (paid search and landing pages), and organic search and AI visibility (SEO, AEO and GEO).
Fees
Fees are agreed in writing before work starts and invoiced monthly.
Ad budget
Advertising budgets are paid by you directly to the ad platforms, on your own card. We never hold, touch, or mark up your ad spend, and it is not included in our fee.
Month to month
Engagements are month to month. You can cancel by email at any time. There is no notice period and no exit fee.
Your accounts
Every domain, account, list and page we set up is in your name. If you leave, you keep the domains, the CRM data, the playbooks and the pages, and we hand over admin access within five business days.
The guarantee
6 qualified meetings held within your first 60 days of live sending, or we keep working for free until you have them.
No other promises
Outside the written terms of the guarantee, we do not promise any number of replies, meetings, pipeline or revenue. Platforms and markets change, and we report what happened plainly every month.
